As an intern in the Project Management Office team, you will be responsible for close cooperation with Managers and Team Leaders. Your responsibilities will include:
What will you do:
support for the development team (working time monitoring, coordination of the roll-on/roll-off process);
preparation of reports and their analysis;
participation in project audits;
optimization of design processes;
project access management;
billing for development services;
project documentation management;
scheduling meetings;
assistance in organizing team events.
What do we expect from you:
Must have:
good knowledge of English (level B2/C1);
knowledge of the MS Office package - in particular Excel;
interest in the area of IT projects;
analytical skills and communication skills;
the ability to manage one's working time (multitasking);
full-time availability (40 hours a week).
Nice to have:
knowledge of German
